2.How long does it take to get my pattern?

If you have asked for emailed PDF pattern delivery, it is usually done the same day. If you have asked for it to be printed, we post 5 days a week first class so it should be with you within 2 days in the UK. Worldwide can take upto 28days. If you have not received your patterns by email within 48 hours please contact us at maddi@shifio.co.uk

3. What if I don't receive my pattern?

If it is buy post please leave at least 3 working days in the UK, or 28days worldwide.
If it is by email please leave 24hrs.
If you still have not received them after the times above please email us on
maddi@shifio.co.uk.

4. What if I have a problem with a pattern?
You can visit the corrections sectoin here here or email us on maddi@shifio.co.ukand we will get back to you as quickly as we can.

5. Do you accept cheques?
No
UK - paypal & postal orders
Worldwide - Paypal only
Note: You do not need to have an account with paypal to use their system to pay via credit card.

6. Are the patterns printed in color?
Yes, all patterns printed are in colour

7. How do I become a tester?

8. Can I sell the items I made from your patterns?
You can sell any items made from our patterns, but not the patterns themselves The only restriction of this is those who plan to mass produce items from our patterns are not allowed to sell their finished projects.

9. Can I copy, or pass on the pattern?
No. ShiFio's Patterns are protected by intellectual and copyright law. The patterns & photographs cannot be reproduced or re-sold without prior consent of the publisher & author. No re-sale rights come with these patterns.

10. How do I sign up for the weekly newsletter?
When you buy a pattern from us your details are automatically added to our newsletter list. If you wish to have your details removed please email us email@shifio.co.uk.
