3mm & 4mm hook, 100g of 4ply yarn, 3 buttons, 155 (4m) of white (1cm) wide ribbon, 32 (82cm) of white satin 1(2.5cm) wide ribbon, 36(91.5cm) of 2 (7cm) wide gathered white lace, 2 peach roses, 2 white roses
Abbreviations: ch- chain, dc- double crochet, tr- treble, dc2tog- double 2 together, yoh - yarn over hook,sl.st - slip stitch, rep - repeat, beg - begining.

Cluster - yoh, hook through next st, yoh, pull through, yoh, hook through same st, yoh, pull yarn through, yoh pull through 5 loops. Triple cluster mean repeating this stitch 3 times in same stitch

Using size 4ply and 3.00mm hook 68ch
Row 1: 1dc in 2nd ch from hook, 1dc in each ch to end, turn
Row 2: 3ch, * 1 cluster in 2nd st, 2ch, miss 1st, rep from * to last 2sts, 1 cluster into next st, 1tr into last st, turn. (33 clusters)

I would put a coloured thread in stitch 36, 73, 136, 173
These threads would mark the last stitch for the left front, sleeve, back, sleeve, and right front Left back
Change to size 4mm hook

Left sleeve
Rejoin yarn in top of next treble stitch 37 on yoke

Mark both ends of this row with a coloured thread
Continue repeating row 2 until work measures 4 " (11cm) from markers, approx 12 pattern rows altogether.
Cuff
Change to 3mm hook
Row 1: 1ch, 1dc into first st, 1dc into top of each tr, 1dc into top of 1st and 3rd cluster sts, continue like this until the 3ch at end, 1dc into top of 3ch, turn (26sts)
Row 2: 1ch, 1dc into each dc to end, turn
Rep row 2 - 3 more times
Picot edging: 1ch, * 1dc into next 2sts, 4ch, sl.st back through 1st ch, rep from * to end Break yarn leaving enough to sew sleeve seam.

Rejoin yarn to next st, which will be treble stitch number 74 on the yoke

Edging row
3ch, 4tr into 1ch sp, dc into middle cluster, * 7tr into 1ch.sp, dc into middle cluster, rep from * 20 more times, 4tr into 1ch sp, 1tr into top of 3 turning ch, fasten off and break yarn
To Make Up
Using a flat stitch join sleeve seams to coloured threads then set in sleeves.
Using a flat stitch, join centre back seam to bottom of yoke.
Back and Neck Edgings
With right side of work facing and using 3mm hook, rejoin yarn to top of centre back seam and work 22dc up left side of back opening, 3dc in the first of foundation ch, 1dc in each of next 65sts of foundation ch round neck, 3dc in last st, 22dc down right side of back opening, turn
Row 2: 1ch, 1 dc in next 4dc, 2ch, miss 2sts, * 1dc in next 6dc, 2ch, miss 2sts, rep from * once more, 1dc in next dc,
3dc in next dc (corner), 1dc in next 3dc, ** 1dc in next 2dc, miss 1st, 1dc in next 3dc, rep from ** 10 times, 1dc in next 4dc, 3dc in next (corner) dc, 1dc in each dc to end. Fasten off, slipstitch ends of back edgings in place.
Decoration
Yoke- Sew on 3 buttons. Thread 14(36cm) of the white (1cm) wide ribbon into the top ribbon rowover one cluster and under the next, sewing them securely underneath at the back. Do the same into the bottom ribbon row using 26(66cm) Bottom edge- The 2 (7cm) wide gathered white lace is sewn onto the bottom of the dress. This is then sewn one row of clusters above the scalloped edge- Begin at the back finished at the back with an overlap. Thread 44(111cm) of the white ribbon through the 2nd bottom row of the skirt, tied into a bow. Sew 2 peach roses and 2 white roses onto the gathered lace at even interval.
